BACKGROUND

The International Association of Heat & Frost Insulators & Allied Workers Local 132 is the Insulators Union for Hawaii.  We fight to provide our members with fair wages, benefits, and safe working conditions. We strive to give our very best so our members can have richer fuller lives.

The Heat & frost Insulators & Allied workers has traditionally been the leader in the Insulation Industry.  Through our four-year training program our curriculum provides technical knowledge, application procedures, regulation, and safety guidelines.   This formal training includes hands-on experience. Our goal is to produce the safest and most productive workforce in the Insulation Industry, while providing our contractors skilled, knowledgeable insulators.
